The past few weeks have been basically all work and no play with the launch of the new Gypsy Beard Vintage website and all that entails. I'm taking it easy the rest of the week aside from finishing up some freelance client work. So.... It's time for some pretty pictures. I've been crushing hard on these quirky A frame houses and cabins since I was a high schooler. I've even devoted an entire pinterest board to them. There was one in my friend's neighborhood that always intrigued me.


I don't know if I love them just because they're so different or if it's my love of all things geometrical. Either way I love drooling over them. I'm pretty set on either owning one by the lake or in the mountains one day or flat out retiring to one when I'm old and gray ( or in a few years?) We live pretty close to two major lakes in East Texas and I'm already dreaming. I mean, the fun you could have decorating the inside!


Just imagine how pretty it would be when it snows! I love the bright colorful ones. They almost remind me of the little dutch cottages or gypsy wagons! I may have to settle for an A Frame shed of playhouse, but I can at least dream right? I think this orange and white one is my dream A Frame house!


Could you live in an a frame? I wonder how many times I'd end up bonking my head in some random nook. They sure are dreamy though!
